OVERVIEW


Our Refund, return, replacement, and exchange policies are noted below. Terms such as "we", "us" and "our" refer to Artparel S.A. de C.V. ("Artparel"), and "you" refers to the User.

RETURNS


Returns are not allowed; we ask you to hold onto, or dispose of, any faulty products received.

REPLACEMENTS


Replacements can be issued when a faulty product is received. In order to be eligible for a replacement, you must provide photographic evidence of the faulty product by e-mailing us at support@artparel.love. Replacements are shipped free.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES


No refunds are given, except in the specific scenario in which you receive a faulty replacement. If you receive a faulty replacement please e-mail us at support@artparel.love with photographic evidence of the faulty replacement. Once we verify your eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund request and reimburse you completely for the product cost; shipping cost for initial product delivery is non-refundable. 

 

TIME LIMIT


You have 30 days from date of delivery to ask for a replacement, and 30 days from date of delivery of faulty replacement to ask for a refund.
